NEW ANGEL EPISODE

The WB has released four images of "Couplet," a new episode of Angel scheduled to air on Monday, Feb. 18.

Here's how the network describes the episode;

"Angel (David Boreanaz) feels isolated, obsolete and even a bit jealous when Groosalugg (guest star Mark Lutz) arrives in town from Pylea and immediately saves the gang in battle and is welcomed into the loving arms of his former princess, Cordelia (Charisma Carpenter)."

Tim Minear directed the episode, which was written by Tim Minear and Jeffrey Bell.

The WB previously announced a new episode, "Waiting in the Wings," for this Monday.

Angel will be pre-empted by a bonus episode of 7th Heaven on Monday, Feb. 11.

FIRST LOOK: SPIDER-GIRL #44

Spider-Girl #44 will arrive in stores on Wednesday from Marvel Comics. The issue is written by Tom DeFalco, with art and cover by Pat Olliffe and Al Williamson.

Here's how Marvel describes the issue:

Steampunk #11 will arrive in stores on Wednesday from DC Comics and WildStorm Productions. The issue is written by Joe Kelly, with art and cover by Chris Bachalo and Richard Friend.

Farscape: War Torn #1 will arrive in stores on Wednesday from DC Comics and WildStorm Productions. The issue is written by Marv Wolfman, with art by Robert Teranishi, Carlos Mota and Keith Aiken.

Here's who DC describes the issue:

"The Sci-Fi Network's hit TV show is now a WildStorm comic. John Crichton and the crew of the Moya arrive in a system featuring two different civilizations in the midst of a war. The Moya's crew must tread a delicate path to avoid fanning the flames of the war, while attempting to gain access to the information that could lead the travel-weary crew back to their homes."

Farscape: War Torn #1 will be 48 pages and will cost $4.95.

X-Force #124 will arrive in stores on Wednesday from Marvel Comics. The issue is written by Peter Milligan, with art and cover by Darwyn Cooke.
