The trail leads them everywhere from the real-life Cincecon Film Fest to Tinseltown landmarks like Grauman's Chinese Theater, from famous movie memorabilia shops on Hollywood Boulevard to that mecca of teenage shopping, Melrose Place. Will this film have a happy ending, or will the villain elude them? 32 pages, $1.99, in stores on June 14. ARCHIE'S WEIRD MYSTERIES #22 Written by Paul Castiglia and Fernando Ruiz, art by Ruiz. "Toy Terror." In the tale suggested by reader Amy Kwok of British Columbia, Archie and his friends find themselves boxed up and lined up on the shelf of a toy store. How did this happen, and can they escape the terror of the remote control toys and kids on the trail? "Mystery of the Mole Monster." Archie and his friends fall into fear when a series of sinkholes open all over Riverdale. "Double Trouble" The classic love triangle gets a female spin when Betty spends the day with both Archie and Adam - and just like with Betty and Veronica, the competition is on. "Play It Again, Jug." The problems of two teenagers don't amount to a hill of beans - but they do amount to a lot of fun - when Betty dreams of a Casablanca fantasy starring her and Archie. "Going to the Dogs." It's a case of puppy love when Betty takes Veronica's dogs to the exclusive "Bark Park" and meets many eligible bachelors. "The Ring." Betty is low (and so is her cash flow) when she realizes she can't afford a birthday gift for her mom. Will her friends finally come to the rescue? That's what Betty and Veronica learn when they explore an abandoned pirate ship - and are wooed by the teen ghost pirate who inhabits the crow's next. But this ghost scares up trouble when he follows the girls back to Veronica's yacht and finds Archie, Reggie and Jughead there. 32 pages, $1.99, in stores on June 21. It could be bon-bon voyage for Jughead when Mr. Lodge's rare chocolates meant to woo a potential business partner accidentally land in Jughead's stomach. "Splurge Urge."
