WITHCBLADE MARATHON

TNA will air 11 back-to-back episodes of Witchblade on Sunday from noon-11 p.m.

The Witchblade marathon schedule is as follows, with episode descriptions from the network:

12 - 2 p.m. - "Emergence/Destiny"

In the two-hour season premiere, New York detective Sara Pezzini (Yancy Butler) saves the life of her partner, Danny Woo (Will Yun Lee), when she is chosen to wield the Witchblade. The sinister Kenneth Irons (Anthony Cistaro) vows to take the powerful weapon from her, and she has to master the powers in time to defend her destiny. The second-season premiere also marks the television acting debut of Butler's father, Rock and Roll Hall of Famer Joe Butler.

2 p.m. - "Agape"

A new designer drug hits the streets and causes the deaths of a teen-age girl and her boyfriend. Jake McCartey (David Chokachi) goes undercover in a sting operation to bust the drug ring, but when Sara and Danny discover that a crooked DEA agent is involved in the case, they must find Jake before the sting leads to his last breath.

3 p.m. - "Consectatio"

As Sara investigates the murder of a bank guard, she finds herself under attack when Ian Nottingham (Eric Etabari), under the spell of Kenneth Irons from beyond the grave, hires former platoon-mates from the Black Dragons* an elite branch of the military controlled by Vorschlag Industries to kill Sara.

4 p.m. - "Static"

Sara and Jake investigate the violent murder of a popular musician (Cormac Cleary), which is masked as a self-inflicted death until his lover Lorelei (Gabrielle Ashry) unveils the truth behind the investigation.

5 p.m. - "Parabolic"

When a vigilante kills in order to stop a gang, headed by the vicious Lupo (Eric Roberts), from committing hate crimes, Sara, Jake and Danny are stumped by the mysterious assailant's m.o. But when the most unusual perp asks for Sara's help, can the Witchblade stop a force of evil that has existed for centuries?

6 p.m. - "Lagrimas"

During the investigation of the bizarre hanging of a priest (Bryan Renfro), Sara is captivated after a chance meeting with the mysterious Daniel Germaine (Jeffrey Donovan). But her perfect love turns into a nightmare as the jealous Nottingham reveals her lover's true nature.

7 p.m. - "Hierophant"

Sara, Danny and Jake investigate multiple homicides in the aftermath of a shootout at a meeting of the city's top crime bosses, where crime boss Tommy Gallo (Conrad Dunn) is the only survivor. The investigation takes Sara to see a fortune-teller named Madame Sesostris (Roger Daltry). Sara's palm reading is cut short when an other worldly force intervenes.

8 p.m. - "Veritas"

While investigating an execution-style murder, Sara is pulled into a web of deception and conspiracy that threatens her life and the life of her friend Gabriel Bowman (John Hensley).

9 p.m. - "Nailed"

Danny is haunted be the consequences of an old homicide case when a convicted sex offender (Currie Graham) he put away for molesting and mutilating teenage girls is released from prison on a reduced sentence. Danny's moral code as a cop is tested when the offender seeks revenge and strikes again* only this time, it's personal.

10 p.m. - "Palindrome"

Danny and Jake go undercover to investigate a fight club incident that turns deadly. Sara is drawn to one of the fight club members (Kim de Lury), with a hunch that he holds a mysterious and emotionally overwhelming connection to her past.
