DC COMICS FOR DECEMBER

Following are DC Comics' solicitations for December, with information coming from the company.

BATMAN TITLES

BATMAN: FAMILY #6: THE TECHNICIAN

Written by John Francis Moore; art and cover by Stefano Gaudiano and Rick Hoberg

The weekly miniseries continues. His name says it all: The Technician creates weapons for Athena's super-villain group, and he's also inserted himself into Gotham's underground, unleashing a panoply of new weaponry to the crime families that tear the city apart. Batman's caught wind of the arms escalation, however, and he wants it stopped, now! But the G.C.P.D. is running its own investigation, and Detectives Montoya and Allen are looking to break the case themselves. Which means goodbye Batman and hello Matches Malone.

BATMAN: FAMILY #7: MR. FUN

GOTHAM CENTRAL #1

The detectives of Gotham's police force star in their own ongoing series. A tense, driven story begins in rapid fashion with the all-too familiar cry of "officer down" - and the race is on to stop a major Batman villain while solving the crime before the Dark Kinght intervenes. But between the emotion of losing one of their own, and the labyrinth of clues left behind, the chances of success for Montoya, Allen and co. don't look good. Continued in issue #2 in three weeks.
