KIDS' WB! FOR THE HOLIDAYS

Kids' WB! will kick off the holiday season with more Yu-Gi-Oh! during the weekday line-up, effective Monday.

The schedule will begin with Jackie Chan Adventures at 3 p.m. (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday) and the Wednesday airing of Rescue Heroes: Global Response Team. Pokémon moves to its new 3:30 p.m. time period followed by dual episodes of Yu-Gi-Oh! at 4:00 p.m. and 4:30 p.m.

The network presents back-to-back episodes of four favorite hit series and the chance to win hundreds of goodies during the "Super Stuffed Saturday Sweepstakes" line-up on Saturday, Dec. 7. The morning begins at 8 with an hour of Jackie Chan Adventures, followed by Ozzy & Drix at 9 a.m., Pokemon: Master Quest at 10 a.m. and Yu-Gi-Oh! at 11 a.m.

The "Super Stuffed Saturday Sweepstakes" will offer kids the chance to win one of two hundred prizes every hour. During each hour, kids will be invited to locate the clue on-air in order to be eligible to win the prize for that hour. Once the viewer knows the clue, kids may enter by logging onto www.KidsWB.com or by sending in a postcard with the Super Stuffed Saturday Sweepstakes answers by Tuesday, December 10. Prizes for the morning include the LEGO Star Wars Jango Fett Slave I, the LEGO Harry Potter Chamber of Secrets set, the LEGO Star Wars Republic Gunship and the LEGO Bionicle Toa Nuva prize packs.

During the week of Dec. 9-13, Rescue Heroes: GRT will air Monday-Friday at 3 p.m. To coincide with this special schedule, Kids' WB! and Fisher-Price will give kids the chance to win one of hundreds of Rescue Heroes prizes in the "Top of the Tower Win-A-Rama Sweepstakes." Each day, the network will reveal the daily code on-air in order to be eligible to win the prize for that day. Once the viewer knows the secret code, kids may enter by logging onto www.KidsWB.com with the "Top of the Tower Win-A-Rama Sweepstakes" answers by Monday, Dec. 16. The prizes for the week are the PowerMax Rescue Heroes, Voice Tech Rescue Heroes, Voice Tech Police Cruiser and the Rescue Heroes Body Force.

On Saturday, December 14, Kids' WB! invites viewers to the second annual "Holiday Sock Party," featuring the cheeriest and smelliest of hosts - The Sock. Kids' WB! has decked the Water Tower halls with boughs of socks. Here come Kids' WB! stars…here come animated stars right down Kids' WB! lane. Giddy yap, giddy yap, giddy yap, let's go…let's look at the shows - time to celebrate with The Sock…he knows!

Kids' WB! will broadcast the Latin-flavored, over-the-top comedy ˇMucha Lucha! with a Spanish simulcast, beginning on Saturday, Dec. 14. The network, in conjunction with its affiliates, will provide Hispanic viewers the ability to watch the series in Spanish via Second Audio Programming (SAP). This irreverent comedy celebrates the Latin culture and explores the Mexican phenomenon known as "Lucha Libre" in the first-ever flash-animated series on broadcast television.

The network will air an encore presentation of the one-hour holiday special Grandma Got Run Over By A Reindeer on Monday, Dec. 23 (4 p.m.). The Christmas special is based on the hit song that became a worldwide holiday phenomenon, featuring Michele Lee as the voice of greedy Cousin Mel and recording artist Elmo Shropshire as the narrator.

Here's a breakdown of the holiday-themed episodes:

Wednesday, Dec. 11, 3 p.m., Rescue Heroes: Global Response Team, "Alone For The Holidays Pt. 1 and Pt. 2." Rocky feels sorry for himself when he draws "Holiday Duty." However, a rescue encounter and an incredible journey with an Eskimo woman and her son will help him find the true meaning of the holidays. Each Rescue Hero also will participate in their own holiday tradition before they join Rocky on his quest.

Saturday, Dec. 14, 9 a.m., Jackie Chan Adventures, "A Jolly J-Team Xmas." It's Christmas Eve, and Daolon Wong has captured Santa Claus, who possesses an abundance of good chi. At home, while Jackie and family prepare for the holiday season, an elf comes to ask for their help in locating the kidnapped Santa. The J-Team is called into action with Tohru, Jade and Paco substituting for Santa and making his deliveries while Jackie, El Toro and Viper free Santa Claus - and face Daolon Wong's evil animated snowmen. Will Jackie and Tohru be able to make a "nick-of-time" rescue and save Christmas…as well as Santa and the J-Team before Daolon Wong is able to execute his "bah-humbug" plan?

Saturday, Dec. 14, 10:30 a.m., ˇMucha Lucha!, "Honor Thy Lucha / Chinche." Rikochet is tempted to pilfer a special El Rey trading card from Minotoro's excessive collection. However, his action figure comes to life and puts the card back in Rikochet's bag…and Rikochet must now decide where his honor truly lies. He falters long enough to earn a visit from the Ghost of Honor (voice of Ricardo Montalban). On a magical trip into the future, Rikochet learns that doing the right thing is always important. "Chinche." When The Flea's country cousin, La Mariquita (voice of Wilmer Valderrama), comes to town, The Flea is muy worried - for his cousin is the meanest, most horrible, nastiest, ugliest...cutest, friendliest, smiliest ladybug ever! It turns out the La Mariquita is generous, considerate and giving…and holds a grudge against The Flea. Will The Flea be able to repair his relationship with his cousin and discover what has been bothering La Mariquita all these years?

Saturday, Dec. 14, 11:30 a.m., X-Men: Evolution, "On Angel's Wings." A new mutant appears in New York City during the Christmas holiday - Angel. Known as Warren K. Worthington III, he wants to be the "guardian angel" of the city, helping people in need. However, someone does not want Angel's actions to be seen as good and sets out to destroy this generous mutant. Will Scott and Rogue earn Angel's trust soon enough to save him from public backlash?

Monday, Dec. 23, 4 p.m., Grandma Got Run Over By A Reindeer. The one-hour Christmas special is based on the hit song that became a worldwide holiday phenomenon. In this goofy and heartwarming holiday adventure, when his beloved Grandma is missing on Christmas Eve, young Jake Spankenheimer goes on the quest of a lifetime to track her down and prove that Santa Claus is indeed real. Michele Lee provides the voice of Jake's greedy Cousin Mel and recording artist Elmo Shropshire provides the narration.

Wednesday, Dec. 25, 3 p.m., Rescue Heroes: Global Response Team, "Alone For The Holidays Pt. 1 and Pt. 2," encore presentation.

Wednesday, Dec. 25, 4 p.m., Pokémon. "Freeze Frame." Ash and friends come across a sub-zero outpost manned by Nurse Joy and Officer Jenny, who share with their visitors a tale of the elusive Pokémon - Articuno. Donning warmer attire, everyone sets out to search for the legendary Pokémon. When a terrifying blizzard threatens the expedition, the Articuno appears, using its power to hold off the tempest…and giving safe passage for Team Rocket to arrive. Disgusted at Todd's humble plan to simply photograph the renowned Pokémon, these misfits want to capture the Articuno for their own personal gain. By stopping the nefarious trio from their plans, powerful Articuno has expended its energies - and is no longer able to keep the blizzard at bay, which now rages even more fiercely.
