DC COMICS FIRST LOOKS

FIRST LOOK: DETECTIVE COMICS #780

Detective Comics #780 will arrive in stores on Wednesday from DC Comics. The issue is written by Ed Brubaker and J.C. Gagne, with art by Tommy Castillo, Wade Von Grawbadger and Michel Gagne and a cover by Tim Sale.

Here's how DC describes the issue:

"'Dead Reckoning' Part 4 of 6. As Batman desperately tries to find the killer known as "The Charlatan," the rogues of Arkham Asylum find that the walls of their prison are no protection against his murderous spree. With the killer closing in on some of Gotham's most notorious villains, Batman is forced to turn to his oldest allies - on both sides of the law! Plus, the conclusion to the 5-part 'Spore,' drawn by children's book and indie comics artist Michel Gagne."
