FIRST LOOK: ARROWSMITH #1

Arrowsmith #1 will arrive in stores on Wednesday from DC Comics. The issue is written by Kurt Busiek, with art and cover by Carlos Pacheco and Jesus Meríno.

Here's how DC describes the issue:

"A new 6-issue mini-series. It's 1915, and young Fletcher Arrowsmith lives in a troubled times, where magic is every bit as important as arms in the first World War. Arrowsmith longs for adventure in a world in which the highest call to answer is a call to duty, and the loftiest goal is to maintain one's honor."
