Thursday, September 4, 2003X-MEN: EVOLUTION UPDATEThe Continuum has obtained a first look at Omega Red from an upcoming episode of Kids' WB!'s X-Men: Evolution. The character will make his debut in the "Target X" episode, scheduled to air on Sept. 13. That episode also features the return of X23. SMALLVILLE UPDATEPerry White makes his first appearance in The WB's Smallville in an episode that is currently filming, The Continuum has learned. Neither Warner Bros. Television nor The WB is saying who the actor who is playing Perry White is. That will eventually be revealed in TV Guide. The episode is the fifth of the third season and is tentatively titled "Perry." Look for more Smallville news soon here in The Continuum.
MAN-THING MOVIEFilming has begun on Man-Thing, a live-action adaptation of the Marvel Comics character. Man-Thing is the first production to make use of Sydney's newest studio, Serenity Cove's Kurnell studios. The film is being directed by Brett Leonard, whose credits include Virtuosity and The Lawnmower Man. Look for more Man-Thing news on Friday here in The Continuum.
