JLA #88 will arrive in stores on Wednesday from DC Comics. The issue is written by Joe Kelly, with art and cover by Doug Mahnke and Tom Nguyen

Here's how DC describes the issue:

"The 'Trial by Fire' storyline continues here. The Burning Martian has hijacked the world's nuclear weapons, psychically triggering World War III and the JLA must scramble to track down all the warheads.
