NEW MUTANT X EPISODE

"Wages of Sin," a new episode of Mutant X, will air in syndication this week. The episode is written by Bob Carney and directed by Jorge Montesi.

SUPERMAN #200 UPDATE
The credits for Superman #200 have been changed and expanded as the release date for the anniversary issue draws closer.
The issue features Superman's final battle with the enigmatic Futuresmiths in a 34-page story written by Steven T. Seagle with art by Scott McDaniel and Andy Owens. This story also features segments illustrated by classic Superman artists Dan Jurgens and Kevin Nowlan, Tom Grummett and Nelson DeCastro and Jon Bogdanove, as well as Phil Jimenez and Andy Lanning and Gene Ha.
In addition, the issue features an all-new tour of Metropolis with designs by Leinil Yu and Lee Bermejo and a spectacular cover by Ha.
Superman #200 will be 48 pages and will arrive in stores on Dec. 24. It will cost $3.50.
NEW SMALLVILLE EPISODE
"Slumber," a new episode of Smallville, is scheduled to air on The WB on Wednesday, Oct. 22.
Here's how the network describes the episode:
"Clark (Tom Welling) dreams he is being pursued by a frightened young girl who needs his help. However, after he discovers she is actually a comatose neighbor who should have woken up years ago, he enlists Lana’s (Kristin Kreuk) help to uncover the truth – which puts Lana in grave danger. Meanwhile, Lionel (John Glover) demands that Lex (Michael Rosenbaum) undergo a full psychological evaluation before he hires him."
REM provides music for the episode.
"Slumber" is written by Drew Greenberg and directed by Terrence O'Hara.
PUNISHER MOVIE UPDATE
Artisan Entertainment has provided The Continuum with a new photo of Thomas Jane from The Punisher movie, which is currently in production in Tampa, Fla.
