HALLE BERRY'S POWERHalle Berry, who played Storm in both X-Men movies and is currently in production as the lead character in Catwoman, displayed her popularity over the weekend with a listing in Entertainment Weekly's Power Issue and big ratings as guest host of NBC's Saturday Night Live. In "The Creatives" half of Entertainment Weekly's power listings, Berry, 37, placed 40th for both her activities as an actress and a producer. Others of note were Spider-Man star Tobey Maguire, who placed 45th, and Daredevil star Colin Farrell, who placed 46th. In "The Suits" portion of the list, Marvel Studios' Avi Arad placed 31st. Over the weekend, Berry was the host on Saturday Night Live for the first time and helped the show achieve a season-high rating in local markets metered by Nielsen Media Research. In those overnight local-market results, Saturday Night Live earned a 6.3 rating, 13 share in households, topping its previous results this season of a 5.6/13 on Oct. 11 and a 6.2/15 on Oct. 4. This marks SNL's top metered-market result since May 17. Berry was in New York last week, promoting her new movie Gothika. Catwoman is filming in Vancouver, British Columbia. STAR WARS: CLONE WARSCartoon Network has provided The Continuum with a question-and-answer session with Genndy Tartavosky, producer/director of its Star Wars: Clone Wars animated series. The series, which consists of 20 animated shorts, will air on Cartoon Network beginning Friday, Nov. 7 at 8 p.m. (ET/PT). The first 10 chapters will debut weekdays from Nov. 7-20, with the next 10 episodes scheduled for next spring. To read the interview, CLICK HERE.
