MUTANT X UPDATEDavid Orth guest-stars as a cyberntic villain in "No Exit," the next new episode of Mutant X scheduled to air in syndication the week of Jan. 12. Orth plays William Dennett, whose previous run-in with Mutant X left him as a disgruntled quadriplegic with cybernetic mutant powers. Dennett uses his powers to overtake Santuary's security system in a malicious attempt to destroy MUtant X. "No Exit" was written by Elizabeth Keyishian and directed by Bill Corcoran. JUSTICE LEAGUE FIGURES SELL OUTFour of the five new Justice League Action Figures from DC Direct are sold out already at DC Comics after arriving in stores on Dec. 3. The sold-out figures include Aquaman, Flash, Superman and Green Lantern -- Kyle Rayner. The Wonder Woman figure is in stock and available for reoder. Also sold out at DC are the Justice League: Action Figure Master Case and the justice League: Action Figure Inner Case. "I'm extremely excited -- but not surprised -- that these figures have sold out," saod Georg Brewer, DC's VP -- design & retail product development. "James Shoop did a wonderful job bringing a unique, modern look to these characters who have all been made into action figures before. Fans can look forward to more figures based on some of our current top selling titles." DC has no plans to go back into production on these action figures at this time.
FIRST LOOK: TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES #7Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles #7 will arrive in stores on Wednesday from Dreamwave Productions. The issue is written by Peter David, penciled by LeSean, inked by Erik Sander and colored by Shaun Cutist. Here's how Dreamwave describes the issue: "Things look grim for Dheeraj, a martial arts master and the Turtles' newest companion. The Thungee street gang has given him an ultimatum: join their ranks...or suffer their wrath! It sounds like a little green-skinned intervention may be in order." Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles #7 will be 32 pages and will cost $2.95.
