FIRST LOOK: ALTERNATION #1

Alternation #1 will arrive in stores in February from Image Comics. The issue is written F.G. Haghenbeck, with art by Carlo Barberi and covers by Barberi and Arthur Adams.

Here's how Image describes the issue:

"Alternation is an Uchronia. An Alternate history epic. In the 19th Century a strange astronomic-time phenomenon changed everything creating an alternate timeline: all of the different eras of the Earth were mixed together in one single reality (dinosaurs, cavemen, Zeppelins, steam robots, computers, etc.) After the Civil War, a crippled America was invaded by the German Empire. Bavaria's ruler, Ludwig II became the American Emperor. He was aided by his Prime Minister: Rasputin, as well as by the commander of his sinister army: Dark Commander Poe.

"A rebellion is trying to free America. Alternation tells the adventures of a famous group of rebels known as the 'Sons of Sam.' They are: Samuel Clemens (Mark Twain), his pneumatic-revolver arm, Annie Oakley the famous Steam-powered robot gun slinger, Mata Hari the beautiful and sensual spy, Matthew Henson, the Arctic explorer with his giant mammoth, and Tokugawa."

Alternation #1 will be 32 pages and will cost $2.95.

FIRST LOOK: REALM OF THE CLAW #2

Realm of the Claw #2 will arrive in stores in January from Image Comics. The issue is written by Stan Winston and Francis Takenaga, with art by David Yardin and covers by Kaela and Tswana.

Here's how Image describes the issue:
