MARVEL'S FOX MOVIES
During 20th Century Fox's presentation at WonderCon on Saturday, Michael Brody of the studio's publicity department provide an update on Fox's Marvel movies for 2005. Production of Elektra is scheduled to begin next week in Vancouver. Announced cast so far includes Jennifer Garner, Terence Stamp and Goran Visnjic. Rob Bowman is directing. The film is being targeted for a Feb. 18 release. "It's very true to the comic's origin," Brody said. Brody said Fantastic Four will begin production the first week of August, most likely in Vancouver. Casting for the film is currently ongoing and announcements should be coming in the next two weeks.
