X2 ON HBO

X2 is moving from Cinemax to HBO, with 10 showings in September.

Air dates include Saturday, Sept. 11 at 8 p.m.; Sunday, Sept. 12 at 4:35 a.m.; Sunday, Sept. 19 at 2:45 p.m. and 11:30 p.m.; Friday, Sept. 24 at noon and 8 p.m.; Monday, Sept. 27 at 1:15 p.m. and 10:15 p.m.; and Thursday, Sept. 30 at 8 a.m. and 5:45 p.m.

In addition, HBO will be airing The Making of X2, a 13-minute, behind-the-scenes special.

Air dates include Friday, Sept. 10 at 2:45 p.m.; Sunday, Sept. 12 at 2:50 a.m.; Monday, Sept. 13 at 11:45 a.m.; Monday, Sept. 20 at 6 p.m.; Friday, Sept. 24 at 2:15 p.m.; and Wednesday, Sept. 29 at 6:45 a.m.

DARK HORSE COMICS FIRST LOOKS

SPIDER-MAN 2 UPDATE

According to BoxOfficeMojo.com, Spider-Man 2 brought in an estimated $31.8 million on Friday and $32.8 million on Saturday, pushing its total to an estimated $128.8 million.

Official numbers will be released on Tuesday.

Chuck Austen is resigning from his monthly commitment on X-Men. Austen's last issue is slated to ship in the fourth quarter of 2004.
