DC COMICS FIRST LOOKS

FIRST LOOK: HUMAN TARGET #12

Human Target #12 will arrive in stores on Wednesday from DC Comics. The issue is written by Peter Milligan, with art by Javier Pulido and a cover by John Watkiss.

Here's how DC describes the book:

"'Crossing the Border,' Part 1 of 2. Mary White is the woman Chance loves. She's the woman Chance trusts. She lives in a mansion in Los Angeles and is beautiful, intelligent, strong and, perhaps, kind to a fault. So what could she possibly have to do with immigrant girls from El Salvador, bloodthirsty gangsters and tenacious coyotes?"

Human Target #12 will be 32 pages and will cost $2.95.

FIRST LOOK: LUCIFER #52

Lucifer #52 will arrive in stores on Wednesday from DC Comics. The issue is written by Mike Carey, with art by Peter Gross and Ryan Kelly and a painted cover by Christopher Moeller.

Here's how DC describes the issue:

"Part 2 of the 4-part story "The Wolf Beneath the Tree." Atrocity is piled on atrocity as Fenris the Wolf continues to devour gods, growing more powerful by the mouthful. FIRST LOOK: TERRA OBSCURA VOL. 2 #1

Terra Obscura Vol. 2 #1 will arrive in stores on Aug. 14 from DC Comics. The issue is written by Alan Moore and Peter Hogan, with art and cover by Yanick Paquette and Karl Story.

Here's how DC describes the issue:
