FANASTIC FOUR VIDEO GAME PREVIEW

Activision has provided The Continuum with 10 images from its upcoming video game based on the Fantasti Four movie.

Here's how the game is described:

"Fantastic Four is a team based action adventure in which players harness the Marvel superheroes¹ unique and amazing powers through a compelling single-player mode or two-player co-operative gameplay experience. Authored by Zak Penn, the writer of the movie X2: X-Men United, the game¹s storyline follows the Fantastic Four movie plot and expands the adventures by letting players stretch, control fire and use invisibility and brute force to defeat evil super-villains in new environments and familiar comic book locales. Challenged to master each super hero¹s individual powers and combine them to level even more devastating attacks, players must battle the never-before-seen enemies and the ultimate evil Doctor Doom -- to save the human race from disaster."

JUSTICE LEAGUE UNLIMITED UPDATE

Voice actor Lex Lang told The Continuum he provided the voice of Heatwave in an upcoming episode of Cartoon Network's Justice League Unlimited.

Lang said he provided a couple of lines for the character during a recording session last month. It's for an episode called "Elegy."

Lang, who previously voiced General Nardoc on JLU, said he worked with Clancy Brown and Powers Boothe on the recent episode.

"If I were able to work with them every day, I would," Lang said of the Warner Bros. Animation crew. "They're really professional and very friendly.

"I'm honored and humbled to be in a group of such talented actors."

Lang is returning as the voice of Professor Bedhety in the new season of Tutenstein on NBC.

TOP COW'S TYLER KIRKHAM

After the recent The Darkenss/Superman, artist Tyler Kirkham is keeping busy at Top Cow Productions with two upcoming projects.

Last weekend at MegaCon in Orlando, Fla., Kirkham told The Continuum he is working with Tony Daniel on a The Tenth one-shot and then is teaming with Crossing Jordan writer Aron Coleite on V.I.C.E.

Kirkham said he is about five pages into the 40 pages of The Tenth.

"I read The Tenth when it first came out and really enjoyed it," Kirkham said. "It's the same art team as on Superman/Darkness."

Kirkham said he is in the middle of designing characters for V.I.C.E., which is targeted for a November release.

V.I.C.E. spins out of Hunter-Killer, Top Cow's new title by Mark Waid and Marc Silvestri.

"It's kind of like The Ultimates as a super-hero S.W.A.T. team," Kirkham said.
