Fantastic Four #529 will arrive in stores on July 27 from Marvel Comics. The issue is written by J. Michael Straczynski, with art and cover by Mike McKone.
Here's how Marvel describes the issue:

Fantastic Four #529 will be 32 pages and will cost $2.50.
FIRST LOOK: NEW X-MEN #16
New X-Men #16 will arrive in stores in July 27 from Marvel Comics. The issue is written by Nunzio DeFilippis and Christina Weir, with art and cover by Aaron Lopresti.
Here's how Dark Horse describes the issue:
