X-MEN 3 UPDATE
Ben Foster, who played Spacker Dave in The Punisher, will play Warren Worthington, aka Angel, in the third X-Men movie, Variety reported on Monday.
Foster joins Kelsey Grammar as The Beast and Vinnie Jones as Juggernaut as newcomers in the film, which begins production under the direction of Brett Rattner in three weeks for a May 26 release.
In other X-Men 3 news:
* Zak Penn, who is writing the film with Simon Kinberg, appeared with Marvel Studios' Kevin Feige and addressed several issues about the movie at a screenwriter's panel at Comic-Con International in San Diego.

* Maggie Grace, start of ABC's Lost and the upcoming The Fog movie, said, contrary to previous reports, that she is not playing Kitty Pryde.
"I have met with everybody over there and it was a possibility, but I'm not doing X3," Grace said during a press conference for The Fog. "It's funny how the press runs with things."
