Bill Morrison, co-creator of Bongo Comics' Heroes Anonymous comic book, told The Continuum that the live-action television show based on the comic remains in development at Sci Fi.

"But it's coming along great," Morrison told The Continuum. "We just sent the pilot script to the network and hopefully they'll love it and give us the green light. The pilot will be a two-hour movie."

Morrison wrote the script with comics collaborator Scott Gimpel.

Heroes Anonymous is being produced by NBC Universal Television Studio and Bender-Brown Prods. The series will be executive produced by Lawrence Bender, Kevin Brown and Karl Schaefer.

The project was first announced in April.

The Fantastic Four movie crossed the $150-million mark at the box office over the weekend.

The film brought in an estimated $1.1 million over the weekend in its seventh week of release, placing 17th and pushing its domestic total to $150.7 million.

Among Marvel Studios' films, Fantastic Four trails only Spider-Man ($403.7 million), Spider-Man 2 ($373.6 million), X2 ($214.9 million) and X-Men ($157.3 million). Eight Marvel films have bettered $100 million.

Batman Begins, in its 10th week of release, brought in an estimated $0.6 million to place 19th. Its total is now $202.3 million.

Batman Begins trails only 1989's Batman ($251.2 million) among Batman films.

Both films are already scheduled for DVD release -- Batman Begins on Oct. 18 and Fantastic Four on Dec. 14.
