HEROIC PUBLISHING FIRST LOOKS
FIRST LOOK: FLARE #28
Flare #28 will arrive in stores on Wednesday from Heroic Publishing. The issue is written by Wilson Hill, with art by Gordon Pucell and Terry Pallot and a cover by Purcell.
Here's how Heroic Publishing describes the issue:

Tales of the Champions #2 will arrive in stores on Sept. 28 from Heroic Publishing. Ths issue has a lead story by Wilson Hill and Chris Marrinan and a cover by Marrinan.
