WIZARD WORLD TEXAS: ULTIMATE AVENGERS

According to Ultimates artist Bryan Hitch, a seven-minute clip of the Hulk fight from the Ultimate Avengers movie will be shown at Wizard World Texas on Saturday.

An afternoon panel is scheduled, with Hitch, producer Bob Richardson and Marvel Studios' Craig Kyle.

A Thor poster and a group poster were displayed at Lions Gate's booth at the convention and the trailer for the film -- which will be included in the Fantastic Four DVD -- was among the studio trailers being shown.

At Marvel's panel on Friday, Hitch said that he and Ultimates writer Mark Millar were interviewed this past week in London as part of the DVD's extras.

Marvel and Lions Gate have announced two Ultimate Avengers films, which will adapt the first volume of the comics series. Hitch hinted that the second volume might also be adapted and that he has done design work on characters for animation that have yet to appear in the comics.
