FIRST LOOK: RUNES OF RAGNAN #2
Runes of Ragnan #2 will arrive in stores on Jan. 5 from Image Comics. The issue is written by Ty Gorton, with art and cover by Josh Medors, Ryan Wynn and Jay Fotos.
Here's how Image describes the book:
"'Flames of Muspell,' Part Two. After a Viking warlord uses an ancient ritual to unleash a powerful demon, his twin brother races against time to stop his quest for world domination. As the battle rages on, the people of the land are caught in the middle! An order of druids steps into the middle of the fray and an epic battle for world domination ensues."
Runes of Ragnan #2 will be 32 pages and will cost $3.50.

FIRST LOOK: SEASONS OF THE REAPER: WINTER #1
Seasons of the Reaper: Winter #1 will arrive in stores in January from Speakeasy Comics. The issue is by Rômulo Soares, Ivan Chan, Mark Santiago and Jackson Gebien.
Here's how Speakeasy describes the issue:
"As the White Man conquers the West near the turn of the century, a desperate family huddles in a mountain cabin during a winter storm. Neighboring Indians rescue the family and nurse an injured boy, John, back to health despite the famine and their treatment by the White settlers.
"John is uneasily incorporated into the tribe and consoles himself by drawing lifelike pictures from memory. The pictures are brought to the attention of the tribal council, who recognize Johnıs talent for photographic, realistic drawings is like the White Manıs camera: he steals souls by capturing their images. The tribal elders realize who and what John is: Death itself, robber of souls. What will be Johnıs fate now?"

Super Real #2 will arrive in stores in February from SuperRealGraphics.com. The issue is written by Jason Martin, with art by Martin and covers by Martin and Edward Pun.
Here's how Super Real describes the book:
