FIRST LOOK: X-STATIX PRESENTS: DEAD GIRL #1 X-Statix Presents: Dead Girl #1 will arrive in stores on Wednesday from Marvel Comics. The issue is written by Peter Milligan, with art by Nick Dragotta and Michael Allred and a cover by Allred.
