MIKE DEODATO'S NEW AVENGERS
Marvel Comics has provided The Continuum with a look at the pencils of Mike Deodato from New Avengers #17, along with the cover by Steve McNiven.
New Avengers #17 is the first issue for Deodato as regular penciler and also kicks off "The Collective" story.
Here's how Marvel describes the issue:
"House of M changed the planet and now a new, major threat has emerged. Nothing can stop it! The New Avengers are about to be put to the test in a way they never have before. Guest-starring Ms. Marvel!"

BRIEFLY * Dynamite Entertainment announced on Wednesday an agreement with Universal Studios Consumer Products Group to produce comics based on Darkman. According to Dynamite, Darkman will debut in a cross-over with famous character introduced by Sam Raimi, written by Kurt Busiek and Roger Stern.
