After Joe builds a new home theater system, Peter tries to top it by building a multiplex in his backyard and discovers an Indian burial ground. But when he takes an Indian chief's skull, the house becomes haunted, and Stewie, pulling a "Carol Anne," gets sucked into the television. Unfortunately for the Griffins, getting Stewie back from the poltergeist is just the beginning.

When the Griffins get robbed, the family runs into Peter's panic room to escape the trespassers. Now isolated and trapped, Peter insists the family know about their ancestry and narrates a chain of events in world history that explain the Griffin name. Meanwhile, after Meg is chosen to go back into the house, she scares off the robbers in an unexpected way.
90-minute season finale on May 21
Stewie goes back to the future, and Jason Priestley, Tori Spelling and Jennie Garth make special guest voice appearances as Brandon, Donna and Kelly, their Beverly Hills 90210 alter-egos. After a competitive swim lesson, Stewie tries to destroy his rival by blowing up the lifeguard tower. But when his plan backfires and he has a near-death experience, he turns to the bottle to numb himself. A bizarre chain of events leads Stewie and Brian on a road trip to San Francisco, where Stewie confronts a guy he believes is his real father. But when it turns out he's actually Stewie in the future, Stewie gets a glimpse of his dismal adult life and realizes he must return to his own time and rewrite history. Meanwhile, Peter's rants on everyday irritations become a hit new segment on the Quahog nightly news.
