* BCI has announced a July 18 release for Ultraman -- Volume One. The 20-episode, five-DVD set is the first volume in a set that will collect all 39 episodes of the Japanese series.

"Ultraman represents one of the most popular 'tokusatsu' -- special effects -- superhero genre productions ever to come out of Japan," said BCI's Ed Goetz. "This series pre-dated the popular Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, and we expect it to garner a tremendous fan base here in the United States."

* Marvel Comics announced on Monday that it is going back to press on the sold-out Fantastic Four #537. Similar to Amazing Spider-Man #529 second printing, Marvel will not be creating a new cover, but instead offering the same cover art, with the second printing blurb.

The second printing will be in stores on May 24.

* Warner Bros. Consumer Products, Warner Bros. Pictures, Legendary Pictures and Kitson are playing hosts to an exclusive unveiling of the all-new Superman Returns apparel, accessories and fashion doll collection on Monday at Kitson in Beverly Hills. This event is not open to the public.

* In conjunction with the launch event, Beverly Hills boutique Kitson is launching a charity auction of 23 sets of the new Superman Returns Superman and Lois Lane Dolls, designed and donated by Mattel and autographed by Brandon Routh and Kate Bosworth, on eBay using the eBay Giving Works program. Two sets of the dolls will also be available for silent auction at Kitson during the event. One hundred percent of the proceeds from the sale of the sets is being donated to the Christopher Reeve Foundation.
