The issue, due in stores on June 14, is by Mark Millar and Steve McNiven, with a variant cover by Michael Turner.
Here's how Marvel describes the issue:
"The super-heroes split as the Civil War heats up! Registration has become law, household names have gone rogue and a Marvel legend makes a decision that will change a life forever. Featuring the New Avengers, the Fantastic Four, the Young Avengers and pretty much everybody else! And, no fooling, this issue features one of the most shocking climaxes in Marvel Comics history."

DC EXPANDS CAPTAIN ATOM FINALE DC Comics announced on Thursday that Captain Atom: Armageddon #9 -- the final issue of the WildStorm mini-series by Will Pfeiffer, Giuseppe Camuncoli and Sandra Hope -- will feature three extra pages of artwork by Jim Lee.
The pages -- written by Pfeiffer and inked by Lee and Scott Williams -- will be added to the story at no extra cost.
"Will Pfeifer and Giuseppe Camuncoli are having so much fun playing with the WildStorm sandbox of characters that I wanted to get back in a little early and tease fans about what's in stores for this fall," said Lee, who will be drawing the new Wildcats title.
"I can't say exactly who or what is on those three pages, but I will say it's been a blast to draw a few WildStorm characters who I haven't penciled regularly in 10 years or even longer. And just wait till you see what Grant Morrison has in mind with 'Worldstorm.'"
Captain Atom: Armageddon is scheduled for a June 14 release.

BATTLESTAR GALACTICA #1 COVERSDynamite Entertainment has provided The Continuum with a look at the covers -- one by Billy Tan and another a photo -- to July's Battlestar Galactica #1, based on the Sci Fi television series.
The series is written by Greg Pak, with art by Nigel Raynor.
"We're 100 percent tied into the continuity of the television show ‹ our storyline takes place in the middle of the second season, right after the return from Kobol and before the arrival of the Pegasus," Pak said.
"Our story begins as the Galactica discovers a group of human survivors in a small Medivac ship under attack by Cylons. Commander William Adama suspects a Cylon plot. But President Laura Roslin points to the Sacred Scrolls, which contain an ancient prophecy: ŒThe dead shall return in an ark of fire.¹ Who are the 'Returners'? Will they unite or divide the fleet -- and heal or break the heart of Commander Adama?"
The other covers for the issue are by Michael Turner and Raynor.
