UPCOMING BLADE: THE SERIES EPISODES

"DESCENT"

Description: Blade pursues a contact in the House of Armaya who has information on Marcus' experiments. Krista accompanies Chase to an AA meeting for an unexpected meal. Krista tells Blade about the vaccine called Aurora and agrees to procure a sample. FBI Agent Ray Collins' investigation of Trooper Hirsch's murder leads him to Boone.

"BLOODLINES"

Writer: Geoff Johns; Director: Felix Alcala; Guest Cast: William MacDonald as Carlyle, Larry Poindexter as Agent Collins, Andrew McIlroy as Dr. Vonner, Fredo Starr as Jermaine Turner.

Description: Blade pays a visit to suspicious gynecologist Dr Vonner, who shoots himself upon Blade's arrival. Reverend Carlyle sets Blade up to get captured by the BAD BLOODS, disenfranchised vampires Blade first turned and who were once his childhood friends. Chase takes Krista to the House of Leichen for a blood ritual that will help them track Boone. The Bad Bloods kill Carlyle and offer up Blade to Marcus in exchange for a seat in the House of Chthon.

"THE EVIL WITHIN"

Writer: Dan Truly; Director: Michael Robison; Guest Cast: Bill Mondy as Detective Boone, Emily Hurst as Charlotte, Sonja Bennett as Vanessa, Jenn Bird as Patricia Barton.

Description: Boone continues his killing rampage and pays a visit to Damek at the House of Armaya. Krista learns Boone's whereabouts through her A.D.E. and rescues his hostage Patricia. Charlotte, the diminutive head of Chthon, confronts Marcus about Aurora. Chase attacks and presumably kills Boone, so Marcus sends her to Berlin to track down a pregnant patient. Blade also travels to Berlin to get to the pregnant patient Vanessa but Chase and other Familiars get to her first. Blade kidnaps Vanessa and blows up the Institute. Marcus catches Krista trying to steal the vaccine, and tells her it doesn't work.

"DELIVERY"

Writer: Barbara Nance; Director: Alex Chapple; Guest Cast: Larry Poindexter as Agent Collins, Emily Hurst as Charlotte, Sonja Bennett as Vanessa, Jenn Bird as Patricia Barton, Don Thompson as Uncle Pat McCallum.

Description: Krista runs into Uncle Pat at a gala with Marcus and learns her mother has leukemia. Blade takes a captive Vanessa to Paris, fending off vampires eager to get her back. Hot on Boone's trail, Special Agent Collins visits a wounded Patricia. Charlotte demands Marcus meet with Damek from the Armayan House, who wants in on Aurora. With Chase injured, Marcus sends Krista and Jakob to get Vanessa back from Blade. Dr. Lambert's examination of Vanessa shows she isn't actually carrying a baby but ominous unknown fluid.

"SACRIFICE"

Writer: Chris Ruppenthal; Director: David Straiton; Guest Cast: Larry Poindexter as Agent Collins, Emily Hurst as Charlotte, Jon De Santis as Thorne, Bokeem Woodbine as Steppin' Razor, P. Lynn Johnson as Lisa Starr.

Description: While investigating the virus that had been implanted in Vanessa, Blade learns about the murder of Flannigan, a cop who helped care for him when he was a child. In a flashback. Blade's back story reveals that the former Eric Brooks ended up in the hands of Whistler when his father, and a kind nurse named Viola, were no longer able to control Eric's need to feed. Krista takes drastic measures to save her mother. Marcus sends Chase to Vegas on a business errand. When someone from Blade's childhood is murdered, Blade has to stop the assailant before he can harm Viola.

"TURN OF THE SCREW"

Writer: Barbara Nance; Director: Norberto Barba; Guest Cast: William McDonald as Carlyle, Larry Poindexter as Agent Collins, Bokeem Woodbine as Steppin' Razor, P. Lynn Johnson as Lisa Starr, Don Thompson as Uncle Pat McCallum.

Krista's newly turned mother escapes from the hospital. In Vegas, Chase meets up with old flame Alex, a wealthy Pure Blood who encourages her to leave Marcus. Blade and Krista try to track down Krista's mother to get her on the serum that can keep her from killing. Detective Collins meets with Marcus to inquire about Boone. Alex is in for an unfortunate surprise when Chase takes him to Chthon.

"ANGELS & DEMONS"

Writer: Adam Targum; Director: Felix Alcala; Guest Cast: Larry Poindexter as Agent Collins, Emily Hirst as Charlotte, John De Santis as Thorne, P. Lynn Johnson as Lisa Starr.

Descripton: Despondent over recent tragic events, Krista goes on a bender and becomes unavailable to both Marcus and Blade. Blade learns that the liquid taken from Vanessa is part of Marcus's plot to extinguish the Pure Bloods. Marcus forces Krista to relive his ADE and, in a flashback, learns of the tragedy that befell him and his wife. Damek pays Marcus a visit, demanding priority access to Aurora.

"HUNTERS"

Writer: Geoff Johns; Director: Brad Turner; Guest Cast: Emily Hirst as Charlotte, John De Santis as Thorne, Scott Heinl as The White Prince.

Descripton: Blade and Shen learn about the resurgence of the White Prince, an infamous vampire serial killer who they think is working out of a Detroit nightclub. After feeding on Marcus, Blade forces Krista into isolated detox. Charlotte invites Chase for a visit and makes her a proposition.
