THE INVINCIBLE IRON MAN DVD

Lionsgate has released the box art by Joe Quesada for The Invincible Iron Man, the animated movie to be released on DVD on Jan. 23.

Here's how the film is described:

"When billionaire inventor Tony Stark uses break-through technology to physically raise a forgotten city, he awakens an unspeakable evil, giving life to the most vile of all emperors - the Mandarin. Only one man can stop this newly re-emerged force of evil. One who will don a powerful suit of armour forged from iron and advanced technology. To take on the mystical underworld forces of ancient China, he must become The Invincible Iron Man."

Features on the DVD will include Alternate Opening; The Origin of Iron Man Featurette; The Hall of Iron Man Armor and First Look at Dr. Strange.

The film was written by Greg Johnson and directed by Frank Paur.

BATTLESTAR GALACTICA: "HERO"

SciFi has released nine images from "Hero," the Friday, Nov. 17 episode of Battlestar Galactica.

The images show Tahmoh Penikett as Karl "Helo" Agathon, Carl Lumbly as Eugene Novacek, Edward James Olmos as Commander William Adama, Michael Hogan as Col. Saul Tigh, Alessandro Juliani as Lt. Gaeta, Kandyse McClure as Dualla, Jamie Bamber as Lee "Apollo" Adama and Barry Kennedy as Admiral Corma.

SciFi has yet to release a description of the episode.

MARVEL ZOMBIES VS. THE ARMY OF DARKNESS

Dynamite Entertainment on Tuesday announced Marvel Zombies vs. The Army of Darkness, a five-issue crossover mini-series.

Marvel Zombies vs. The Army of Darkness will be a prequel to Marvel Comics' Marvel Zombies series. It will be written by John Layman, with interior art by Fabiano Neves and coloring by June Chung.

Marvel Zombies writer Robert Kirkman will serve as a consultant, and Arthur Suydam returns to provides covers.

According to Dynamite, Army of Darkness #13 in December will tease the upcoming event.

Marvel Zombies vs. The Army of Darkness will launch in March. The regular AOD series will be on hiatus during the crossover.

TEEN TITANS IN NOVEMBER

Cartoon Network will rebroadcast the Teen Titans: Trouble in Tokyo movie twice in November.

The network has scheduled to air the film on Friday, Nov. 24 at 2 p.m. and Sunday, Nov. 26 at 3 p.m.

Trouble in Tokyo will be released on DVD on Feb. 6.

* Marvel Comics on Tuesday released Adrian Alphona's new cover for Runaways Vol. 2 HC, which goes on sale on Dec. 6. The 312-page book collects the first 12 issues of the second volume on Runaways and the Runaways/X-Men story from Free Comic Book Day 2006.

The book will cost $24.99.

* According to DC Comics, the art team on Gen13 #4 has changed. This issue will be illustrated by Sunny Lee and Drew Geraci.
