ACTION COMICS #844 SECOND PRINTING

DC Comics on Thursday afternoon announced that Action Comics #844 is being rushed back to press for a second printing. This issue features the debut of the new creative team of writers Geoff Johns and Richard Donner and artist Adam Kubert.

Action Comics #844 Second Printing features a recolored version of the original cover by Kubert and is scheduled to arrive in stores on Dec 6.

"It's been an absolute honor to be a part of Action Comics with Dick, Adam, (colorist) Dave Stewart, (letterer) Rob Leigh, (editor) Matt Idelson and (associate editor) Nachie Castro," Johns said. "I'm incredibly proud of the work we're all doing and thankful for the retailers and readers giving our run on Action a go."

DC is offer retailers one copy of the Action Comics #844 Variant Edition, featuring a cover by Andy Kubert, for every 10 copies of the Action Comics #844 Second Printing ( ordered through Nov. 26.

LEGION OF SUPER HEROES: "FEAR FACTORY"

"Fear Factory," a new episode of Legion of Super Heroes, is scheduled to air on Kids' WB! on Saturday at 10 a.m. (ET).

Here's how the network describes the episode:

"During a cosmic storm, the team takes refuge in a creepy, derelict space station. On board, one-by-one, each Legionnaire faces his or her deepest fear -- and then disappears."

In the story Katy Keene finds herself cast as the love interest of the classic Mighty Hero known as The Web in a big-budget Hollywood feature.
