Yuri Lowenthal, who provides the voice of Clark Kent/Superman in Kids' WB!'s Legion of Super Heroes, told The Continuum he's begun work on the show's second season.

Lowenthal appeared at the New York Comic Con over the weekend, including Naruto signings at the Inkworks booth.

Lowenthal confirmed he's voiced two different versions of Superman. "Who knows how many more?" he said jokingly.

In other Legion news:

* Steve Uy, who is the cover artist for DC Comics' comic book The Legion of Super-Heroes in the 31st Centurybased on the show, told The Continuum he is also drawing interiors for the fourth issue of the book, due in July.

"It was tricky at first but I got used to the designs," Uy said last weekend from his artists alley table at New York Comic Con.

Uy, who is also working with Fabian Nicieza on a JSA: Classfied story, said Legion #4 will spotlight Brainiac-5. "He has to go back to his home planet and redo his SATs," Uy said.

* Duo Damsel will appear in Season 2, as will Triplicate Girl.

Sci Fi Channel has released 10 images from "Crossroads, Part 1," the Sunday, March 25 episode of Battlestar Galactica.

The images feature Leah Cairns as Racetrack, Nicki Clyne as Cally, Lily Duong-Walton as Hera, Grace Park as Sharon Valerii, James Callis as Dr. Gaius Baltar, Jamie Bamber as Lee "Apollo" Adama and Tricia Helfer as Number Six.

The network has yet to released a description for the episode.

Writer Stuart Moore calls the Avengers/Transformers mini-series from Marvel Comics and IDW Publishing the "greatest excuse for a widescreen comic ever."

Announced at New York Comic Con last weekend, the four-issue crossover launches on July 5, just in time for the Transformers movie.

* Andy Smith takes over as StormWatch PHD artist with #8.

* Jim Lee's original run on WildC.A.T.s will be collected in an Absolute Edition.

* Villard Books, an imprint of Random House, has announced the acquisition of the trade paperback rights to Mouse Guard: Fall 1152 by David Petersen. Mouse Guard: Fall 1152 collects the first 6-issue Mouse Guard series, including 12 pages of bonus material. The book will be released in February 2008 and will cost $19.95.

Villard Books purchased world rights to the trade paperback edition in a deal brokered by Archaia Studios Press.

Archaia Studios Press will publish the hardcover edition of Mouse Guard: Fall1152 ($24.95, a 192-page full-color graphic novel) in April, in addition to the next 6-issue Mouse Guard series, Winter 1152, beginning bimonthly in July.
