He's the man who's going to marry Reed Richards and Sue Storm -- if they can actually ever get married -- in Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer.

And he's someone who truly understands the importance of such a wedding in the comics world. He's Brian Posehn, comedian and co-creator of Image Comics' The Last Christmas.

The Continuum caught up with him at last weekend's Wonder Con to discuss his involvement in the Fantastic Four sequel.

Spider-Man 3: Black Spider-Man Bust: This sculpture depicts Spider-Man at his darkest -- and most powerful.

Spider-Man 3: New Goblin Bust: This bust portrays the mysterious new Goblin attacking with his explosive pumpkin bombs.

Marvel Comics on Tuesday announced that Avengers: The Initiative is now an ongoing title.

The series, by writer Dan Slott and artist Stefano Caselli, joins The Mighty Avengers and The New Avengers as well as Marvel Adventures The Avengers -- as a monthly title.

"With the reader and retailer reaction to the climax of Civil War, and the general interest in precisely what comes next for Tony Stark's Fifty State Initiative, it only made sense to us to promote Avengers: The Initiative to a full ongoing series, rather than just a limited," editor Tom Brevoort said.

"The number of story possibilities set in place by the new status quo of the Marvel Universe are almost endless, and wešre sure that fans will want to experience them all along with writer Dan Slott and artist Stefano Caselli."

Avengers: The Initiative #1 will reach stores on April 4.
