The Season 6 finale of Smallville will be a cliffhanger, The Continuum has learned.

The episode will be titled "Phantom." An air date has not been officially scheduled by The CW yet.

Smallville traditionally has ended its season with cliffhangers, regardless if the show had been picked up yet for another season at the time of production.

The CW has yet to announce a Season 7. Word is expected on May 17 at The CW upfront presentation.

Look for more Smallville news soon here in The Continuum.

Dabel Brothers announced that it will be releasing an exclusive limited printing of the first sketchbook from Anita Blake: Vampire Hunter artist Brett Booth at Wizard World Los Angeles Friday through Sunday.

The sketchbook features a new Anita Blake cover of Laurell K. Hamilton's masterful vampire, Jean-Claude. The cover will be sent to the Dabel Brothers archive following publication, never to be re-used as a variant cover of any comic or collection.

The back cover is open for Booth to draw custom sketches during Wizard World L.A.

The sketchbook is being published by the Dabel Brothers directly and will be sold at their booth at the WizardWorld for $20. Booth will add a custom illustration during sketch sessions on the back cover for an additional fee.

Dabel Brothers also announced a St. Patrick's Day print by Booth of Phillip, dressed as a leprechaun and sitting on a toadstool.

"We received a lot of positive feedback about our February print, but the number one request was for us to create prints that are unique and that wonąt be seen again as a variant cover," said Ernst Dabel, president of Dabel Brothers Productions. "So we asked Ms. Hamilton and Brett Booth to come up with something unique. The fact that they chose to produce something that was mind-blowingly beautiful was just icing on the cake!"

The print will go on sale on the Dabel Brothers Productions website at noon (ET) on Wednesday, March 14.

The print will measure 18x24 and will cost $14.99.

* Silent Devil Productions has announced aan October launch for Division 18: The Union of Costumed Novelty Performers, a three-issue, black-and-white comedy series by Matt Bergin and Jeremy Donelson.

Here's how the book is described:

"Division 18: The Union of Novelty Costumed Performers is the story of a bunch of thugs fronting as costumed entertainers... or maybe they're just costumed entertainers fronting as thugs. With an unlikely blend of elements from Sesame Street and the Sopranos, the comic follows Jimmy the Snake, his loyal sidekick Louie, and the cast of miscreants and mendicants who make up the rest of the union crew, as they try to make a buck without crossing the boss. If Jimmy, the sardonic, chain-smoking tough guy in an 8-foot-tall snake costume, or his dim-witted pig mask-wearing buddy aren't your cup of tea, there's also a raging Scottish street vendor, a smoking-hot French Maid/Assassin, and the chimp who drives the getaway car."
