FANTASTIC FOUR: RISE OF THE SILVER SURFER ROUNDUP

Through a myspace page for the film, 20th Century Fox has released more than a dozen new images from Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer.

If Sue Storm's hair looks different from the first film, it's because Jessica Alba is wearing a wig this time.

Also note the '4' on The Thing's costume has been moved to the middle.

One image is of Andre Braugher, whose character's name is General Hager. Some of the images are from Reed's bachelor party.

FAMILY GUY: "IT TAKES A VILLAGE IDIOT, AND I MARRIED ONE"

Fox has released a promotional image from "It Takes a Village Idiot, and I Married One," the Sunday, May 13 episode of Family Guy.

Here's how the network describes the episode:

"When Lois runs for mayor of Quahog, she isn't the front-runner until she 'dumbs down' her political views. Once in office, she's corrupted by the power and starts accepting bribes so that she can buy herself expensive trinkets.

"Meanwhile, Peter's enjoying being the "first lady" and all of the perks that go along with it."

BRIEFLY

* Parody Press Comics has announced a July release for Hewoes #1, a comic-book satire of NBC's Heroes. The title is written and illustrated by longtime comics veteran Bill Maus and will ship with two different covers, a "Good Hewoes" cover and a "Bad Hewoes" cover.

"When cheerleader Klair Bendit discovers her weird flexibility powers playing Twister and her dad's secret project involving strangers from around the world, the fun begins," said publisher and editor-in-chief, Don Chin. "Bill Maus has a keen eye at poking fun at pop culture, and his art style on this book is much in the vein of the classic Mad Magazine satires, complete with grey art tones and square word balloons."

"In Hewoes," Maus said, "readers will be introduced to Klair, the enigmatic Pastrami brothers, Internet Weathergirl Sniki Sanders, constipated Japanese office worker Hewoe, and Mohinder Night Shalaman, who is trying to make sense of the whole thing while a berserk hairdresser named Styler is on the rampage!"

* According to the Los Angeles Daily News, Eric Roberts has signed to play a crimelord in The Dark Knight. Roberts is currently a guest-star on NBC's Heroes.

* Brett Ratner, director of X-Men: The Last Stand, will be one of the judges on Fox's On the Lot.
