FIRST LOOK: G.I. JOE: AMERICA'S ELITE #27
G.I. Joe: America's Elite #27 will arrive in stores on Sept. 12 from Devil's Due Publishing. The issue is written by Mark Powers, with art by Michael Shoyket and a cover by Kalman Andrasofszky.
Here's how Devil's Due describes the issue:
