IDW Publishing on Wednesday announced Star Trek: Second Stage, its publishing line-up for Star Trek titles for 2008.

"We're incredibly proud of the work that we produced in our first year of Star Trek publishing, and the quality of those titles has really allowed us to recruit some of the best Star Trek storytellers from across several different mediums," said IDW publisher and editor-in-chief Chris Ryall. "In the first year, we took the IDW starship on its shakedown cruise. For 2008, we're taking the storytelling beyond the Final Frontier."

Creators involved include Peter David, John Byrne and D.C. Fontana.

Fox has released a description of "Gnothi Seauton," the Monday, Jan. 14 episode of Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles.

Here's how the network describes the episode:

"Sarah makes contact with an old friend to ask a favor, while John decides to pay a visit to Sarah's ex and Cameron makes a new friend. Together they infiltrate a resistance safe house and discover they are not alone. Meanwhile, Agent Ellison realizes that Sarah is still alive and a dangerous person from Sarah's past is reawakened."

"Gnothi Seauton" translates from Greek to "know yourself."

The episode is part two of a two-part, two-day premiere for the series, which stars Lena Headey, Thomas Dekker, Summer Glau and Richard T. Jones.
