Ultimates 3 #1 Black & White Variant will arrive in stores on March 12 from Marvel Comics. The issue is written by Jeph Loeb, with art and covers by Joe Madureira.
Here's how Marvel describes the issue:

FIRST LOOK: YOUNG AVENGERS PRESENTS #2
Young Avengers Presents #2 will arrive in stores on Feb. 27 from Marvel Comics. The issue is written by Brian Reed, with art by Harvey Tolibao and a cover by Jim Cheung.
Here's how Marvel describes the issue:
