The 99 #5 will arrive in stores on Feb. 20 from Teshkeel Comics. The issue is written by Naif Al-Mutawa and Fabian Nicieza, with art by Ron Wagner, Vicente Cifuentes and Joe Rubinstein and a cover by Ron Wagner.
Here's how Teshkeel describes the issue:
