BRIEFLY

* Aspen Comics will be offering a pair of new exclusives at this weekend's New York Comic Con, including two new Michael Turner sketchbooks featuring some of Turneršs most popular recent covers and pinups from the past year.

Turner will not be able to attend the convention as he recovers from recent cancer treatments. "It'd be great to make the trip out to New York to meet all the fans out there, as well as the retailers and my colleagues, but at this point, I feel it's best for Aspen and myself if I spend my time recovering, and putting my primary focus on my return to Soulfire.," Turner said.

As well as the new Michael Turner NYCC 2008 Sketchbooks, Aspen will be selling the exclusive Aspen Tour Print 2008: New York Comic Con Edition, limited to 100 copies.
