In other The Spectacular Spider-Man news:

* Voice recording for Season 2 wrapped on Thursday. There will be 13 episodes, although it remains unclear where they will air.

"This show has actually gotten me watching Saturday morning cartoons again," said Josh Keaton, who provides the voice of Spider-Man. "I'm in front of the TV with my bowl of cereal every Saturday morning and, even though I'm about 13 episodes ahead of everyone else -- I already know what's going to happen -- I still love waking up and watching because it's so much fun to see how it all comes together.

"And if you liked the first season, well I'll say this: You may think you know what happened in the first season, but the second season is going to change all that. Prepare to be surprised."

* Returning villains in Season 2 will include Chameleon, Vulture, Sandman, Rhino, Electro, Venom, Tombstone and Hammerhead. Some of the new villains will be Mysterio, Kraven and Molten Man.

* Starting June 21, The CW 4Kids will revamp its lineup, but The Spectacular Spider-Man will remain in its 9:30 a.m. and 10 a.m. slots. The network will air the entire 13-episode first season in order through seven weeks.

The new line-up includes Will & Dewitt at 7 a.m.; Magi-Nation at 8 a.m.; Tom and Jerry Tales at 8 a.m. and 8:30 a.m.; Chaotic at 9 a.m.; Spider-Man at 9:30 a.m. and 10 a.m.; Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Fast Forward at 10:30 a.m.; Yu-Gi-Oh! GX at 11 a.m.; and The Batman at 11:30 a.m.
