THE DARK KNIGHT: THE NEW BATSUIT

The Continuum today begins daily coverage of The Dark Knight that will continue throughout the film's opening on July 18. There will be features, interviews and roundups every day.

Today's focus is on the new suit Batman wears, which star Christian Bale praised for its flexibility while still providing the striking Batman image.

* Wanted placed second at the box office on Monday with $6.3 million, pushing its total to $57.3 million. The Incredible Hulk was fifth with $1.3 million, pushing its total to $117.1 million. Iron Man was 11th with $0.3 million, pushings its total to $309.5 million.

* DC Comics is resolicting Titans #5, with new contents. Here's how DC describes the issue:

"In this issue, written by Judd Winick, with art by Julian Lopez and Prentis Rollins and a cover by Joe Benitez, Raven's half-brothers return to claim her and unite Trigon's bloodline, forcing her to choose which ties are stronger: the family she was born to, or the new family she has made."

* DC announced that the Absolute League of Extraordinary Gentlemen: Black Dossier Heradcover, due in stores on July 30, will not include the 45-rpm record as originally solicited.
