Here's how Marvel describes the issue:

X-Men: Magneto Testament #1 will be 32 pages and will cost $2.99.
FIRST LOOK: IRON MAN: DIRECTOR OF S.H.I.E.L.D. #33Iron Man: Director of S.H.I.E.L.D. #33 will arrive in stores on Sept. 17 from Marvel Comics. The issue is written by Christos Gage, with art by Sean Chen and a cover by Adi Granov.
Here's how Marvel describes the issue:
