IMAGE COMICS COLLECTS THE ROBERTS

Following a sell-out of each issue, The Roberts mini-series, by writer Justin Shady (aka Wayne Chinsang) and artist Erik Rose, will be collected in February by Image Comics' Shadowline imprint.

"The Roberts collected edition is going to be a major treat to both the fans of the series and those who have yet to discover it," said Shadowline publisher Jim Valentino. "We've jam-packed the trade with both sold out issues and nearly 50 pages of brand-new extras!"

Here's how Image describes the book:

"The Roberts reveals the final fate of the infamous Zodiac Killer and The Boston Strangler as they live out their last days in The Shady Lane Retirement Center. While they've been able to live their lives anonymously from their fellow retirees, one reveals his long-kept secret to the other and may have no option other than to give in to his instinct to murder. In addition, the fifty pages of extras include Chinsang's never-before-seen personal correspondences with real life serial killers Richard Ramirez and Charles Manson."

The book will be 144 black-and-white pages, will cost $14.99 and will be in stores on Feb. 11.
