BATMAN: THE BRAVE AND THE BOLD: "RETURN OF THE FEARSOME FANGS!"

Cartoon Network has released 19 images and three clips from "Return of the Fearsome Fangs!," the next new episode of Batman: The Brave and the Bold airing on Friday, Feb. 20.

Here's how the network describes the episode:

"Fox, Vulture and Shark join the evil Shadow Clan in an attack on the ancient Wudang Temple and kill Master Wong Fei in a battle of flying arrows and martial arts. Flying swords, ninjas and the supernatural collide when Batman and Bronze Tiger must face their former colleagues. When the Terrible Trio steals the Wudang Totem and transform into unstoppable mystical creatures, it's up to Batman and Bronze Tiger to save us all!"

Bronze Tiger is voiced by Gary Sturgis. Other voices include Paul Nakauchi as Wong Fei, Eduardo Ballerini as Jack/ Vulture and Phil Morris as Fox.

In the opening sequence, Batman teams with Jonah Hex against the Royal Flush Gang. Jonah Hex is voiced by Morris.

The episode was written by Todd Casey and directed by Brandon Vietti.

FOX REVEALS X-MEN ORIGINS: WOLVERINE

Twentieth Century Fox will roll out a three-part reveal of X-Men Origins: Wolverine beginning on Sunday.

The studio has created three special 60-second spots that will air over the course of three nights on the Fox network. Together, with one spot leading into the next, the spots will form a narrative revealing "the origins of Wolverine, and the revolution that pits him and other legends of the X-Men universe against powerful forces determined to eliminate them."

The first spot will air Sunday, Feb. 15 during Family Guy (9-9:30 p.m. ET/PT); the second on Monday, Feb. 16 during House (8-9 p.m. ET/PT); and the third on Tuesday, Feb. 17 during American Idol (8-10 p.m. ET/PT).

TERMINATOR: THE SARAH CONNOR CHRONICLES: "SOME MUST WATCH WHILE SOME MUST SLEEP"

Fox has released five images and a description from "Some Must Watch While Some Must Sleep," the Friday, Feb. 27 episode of Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles.

Here's how Fox describes the episode:

"Haunted by nightmares of the man she killed in the factory, Sarah checks in to a sleep clinic. When suspicious things begin happening, Sarah suspects Skynet may be using the facility for brain-mapping."

JOHN MALKOVICH IN JONAH HEX MOVIE

John Malkovich has joined Josh Brolin in the cast of Warner Bros.' Jonah Hex movie, Variety is reporting.

According to Variety, Malkovich will play Turnbull, a wealthy Southern plantation owner who blames Brolin's Jonah Hex after his son is killed by Union soldiers during the Civil War.

Malkovich's recent credits include Burn After Reading and Changeling.

Jimmy Hayward is directing Jonah Hex from a script by Mark Neveldine and Brian Taylor.

Production is expected to begin in April.

AMAZING SPIDER-MAN #583, MARVEL TOP JANUARY SALES

Marvel Comics¹ Amazing Spider-Man #583, featuring Spider-Man's first meeting with President Barack Obama, was the best-selling comic book title for January based upon total unit sales to comic book specialty shops, according to Diamond Comic Distributors.

The issue went through five printings, with each cover depicting Spider-Man and Obama against differing backdrops ranging from the American flag to the Lincoln Memorial.

Marvel Comics also took the top publisher spot in January, leading both Unit Market and Retail Dollar Shares, with a 45.86 percent Unit Market share, and a 42.82 percent Retail Dollar Market share.

* Lucasfilm has released an image from "Mystery of A Thousand Moons," the second of two episodes of Star Wars: The Clone Wars airing on Cartoon Network on Friday at 9 p.m. (ET/PT).

* Marvel Comics has announced a second printing for the sold-out Secret Warriors #1. The new printing will have a cover featuring the interior art of Stefano Caselli and will be in stores on March 11.

Marvel also has announced that War of Kings: Darkhawk #1 has sold out.

* Marvel Animation has provided The Continuum specific titles for the creative talent working on the Super Hero Squad animated series. Matt Wayne serves as story editor and is working with a roster of writers that includes Mike Ryan, Eugene Son, Nicole Dubuc and Jim Krieg. Mitch Schauer is supervising director and character designer.
