THE SIMPSONS: "IN THE NAME OF THE GRANDFATHER"

Fox has released an image and description from "In the Name of the Grandfather," the Sunday, March 22 episode of The Simpsons.

The episode guest-stars Colm Meaney, Kathy Ireland, Glen Hansard and Marketa Irglova.

Here's how Fox describes the episode:

"The Simpson family travels to Ireland to take Grandpa to have one last beer at his beloved O'Flanaganıs Pub in Dunkilderry. However, when they arrive, the little town of Dunkilderry isnıt the quaint little Irish village that Grandpa remembers. It has become a gentrified yuppie enclave filled with hipsters on laptops and Bluetooths, surrounded by swanky stores and coffee shops. When they track down O'Flanagan's Pub, the bar is run down and nearly empty. After a few spirits, Homer and Grandpa buy the pub from Tom OıFlanagan (Meaney), and they are left with trying to bring the bar back to life amidst an ultra-hip, hardworking and sober Irish town. With a little help from Moe, they find the perfect scheme to bring the pub back to life and put Simpson & Son on the map."

WOLVERINE AND THE X-MEN: "TIMEBOMB"

Nicktoons has released four images from "Timebomb," Friday's episode of Wolverine and the X-Men.

Here's how the network describes the episode:

"Xavier gives Wolverine and the X-Men a mission that goes against everything they believe -- they must not only save the Brotherhood, but also deliver an innocent mutant into the hands of the MRD. If they fail, half the world's mutants will be wiped out. That's because the Brotherhood has boldly snatched the perfect living weapon from the MRD prisons -- Nitro, a mutant who causes huge energy detonations. The problem is, this tortured young man can't control his power, which is something he has in common with Rogue, who hates the way the Brotherhood is using him. After using Nitro to destroy the MRD databanks, Quicksilver plans to deliver him to Magneto on Genosha. Unfortunately, they have no idea what they've gotten themselves into. Nitro's powers are beginning to overload, and the next time he goes off, it could mean the end."

Liam O'Brien provides the voice of Nitro, and Grey DeLisle provides the voice of Psylocke.

The episode was written by Len Uhley and directed by Steve Gordon.
