SMALLVILLE: "ETERNAL"

The CW has reelased a description from "Eternal," the Thursday, April 2 episode of Smallville.

Here's how the network describes the episode, which reveals Davis Bloome's history:

"Tess (Cassidy Freeman) tries to kill Davis (Sam Witwer) by blowing up his truck. However, after he escapes, she realizes she needs help to destroy him and turns to Clark (Tom Welling). Tess reveals Davis' secret childhood with the Luthors and hints that she knows Clark's true identity. Meanwhile, Davis runs to Chloe (Allison Mack) for help."

"Eternal" was written by Brian Peterson and Kelly Souders and was directed by James Marshall.

HEROES: "INTO ASYLUM"

NBC has released a description for "Into Asylum," the Monday, March 30 episode of Heroes.

Here's how the network describes the episode:

"Now that Nathan's (Adrian Pasdar) ability has been revealed and he has lost control of his operation, he and Claire (Hayden Panettiere) go into hiding in Mexico. With Emile Danko (guest star Zeljko Ivanek) now in control of the government operation, his plan to destroy everyone with abilities is set into motion as he teams up with an unlikely partner.

"Meanwhile, Angela (Cristine Rose) and Peter (Milo Ventimiglia) seek refuge in a church and begin to mend their broken relationship."

WATCHMEN ROUNDUP

After being unopposed by new movies in its opening weekend, Watchmen faces two new challengers in its second week.

Disney's Race to Witch Mountain opens in 3,187 theaters and could threaten Watchmen's reign at the top of the box office. Both movies are expected to top $20 million this weekend.

The other new movie, Last House on the Left, opens in 2,401 theaters.

Watchmen pulled in $2.8 million on Wednesday to push its total to $65.3 million.

In other Watchmen news:

* Malin Akerman, who plays Silk Spectre, was a guest on NBC's Late Night with Jimmy Fallon on Thursday night.

Akerman talked about her experience at Comic-Con International in San Diego and how popular director Zack Snyder was among the attendees.

Fallon also showed Akerman's double-sided poster from Maxim magazine, which features an image from Watchmen on one side and an image from Akerman's Maxim photo shoot on the other.

* Online ticket vendor Fandango is reporting that, as of noon (ET) on Friday, 52 percent of its sales remain for Watchmen. Race to Witch Mountain was second at 16 percent.

* Marvel Comics has announced a second printing for the sold-out Ultimate Wolverine vs. Hulk #3. The second printing features Leinil Francis Yu's interior art of Ultimated She-Hulk and will be in stores on April 15.
