DARK HORSE COMICS FOR JULY

Dark Horse Comics has released its solicitations for July.

LAUREN CONRAD ON FAMILY GUY

Lauren Conrad from MTV's The Hills will guest-star in an upcoming episode of Fox's Family Guy.

Conrad guest-voices as herself in "We Love You Conrad," the Sunday, May 3 episode.

In the episode, Brian dates Conrad to try and hide the fact that his heart belongs to someone else.

In other Family Guy news, Fox has released two images from the "420" episode, scheduled for Sunday, April 19.

Here's how Fox describes the episode:

"After Brian gets thrown in the slammer for drug possession, he launches a campaign to legalize marijuana. Mayor West passes the law, and the whole town goes to pot."

RYAN CARNES IS THE PHANTOM

Ryan Carnes has been cast in the lead role of Sci Fi's The Phantom four-hour movie event.

Carnes, 26, is perhaps best known from a stint on ABC's Desperate Housewives. He has lso appeared in Doctor Who, Samantha Who?, CSI: New York, CSI: Miami.

Isabella Rossellini will play the villain, Lithia, who is the head of an experimental mind control program. Also starring are Cameron Goodman as the love interest, Renny, and Sandrine Holt as Guran, The Phantom's trusted advisor.

Here's how the network describes the project:

"The classic comic book character The Phantom has been re-imagined and transported to present day in a live-action, four-hour movie. A favorite costumed hero for more than six decades, The Phantom relies on his wits, physical strength and skill with weapons over superhuman powers."

The film is written by Daniel Knauf and Charles Knauf. Production began on Monday in Montreal with Paolo Barzman directing.

DOLLHOUSE: "HAUNTED"

Fox has released seven images from "Haunted," the Friday, April 24 episode of Dollhouse.

Here's how Fox describes the episode:

"When Adelle's wealthy friend is murdered, Adelle imprints Echo with the woman's memories and personality to solve the case. Ballard looks into Mellie's past, and Topher secretly programs Sierra for an engagement."

IRON MAN: ARMORED ADVENTURES -- CHARACTERS

Nicktoons Network has released descriptions of the primary characters in the upcoming Iron Man: Armored Adventures animated series.

The 26 episodes beging on Nicktoons on Friday, April 24 at 7 p.m. (ET) with back-to-back episodes. The series continues regularly Fridays at 7 p.m.
