SMALLVILLE: "BEAST"

The CW has released a description from "Beast," the Thursday, April 30 episode of Smallville.

Here's how the network describes the episode:

"Davis asks Chloe to leave town with him 00 Clark (Tom Welling) discovers that Davis (Sam Witwer) is still alive and confronts Chloe (Allison Mack) about protecting him. Oliver (Justin Hartley) discovers Jimmy (Aaron Ashmore) breaking into Chloe's apartment, but things get rapidly worse after Davis jumps from the shadows and attacks both of them."

"Beast" was written by Genevieve Sparling and was directed by Michael Rohl.

* Oni Press has announced that the Scott Pilgrim vs. the World movie website (www.scottpilgrimthemovie.com) has launched with a video blog featuring director Edgar Wright on the set and training with the cast.

* Disney XD is staging a "Shock to the Villains" marathon of episodes of Static Shock beginning at 7 p.m. on Sunday. The episodes guest-star Batman, Superman and the Justice League.

Episodes include "The Big Leagues" at 7 p.m., "Hard as Nails" at 7:30 p.m., "A League of Their Own" at 8 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. and "Toys in the Hood" at 9 p.m.,
