X-MEN ORIGINS: WOLVERINE ROUNDUP

Hugh Jackman, producer and star of X-Men Origins: Wolverine, began the U.S. promotions for the film on Tuesday by leaving his handprints and footprints in cement at Grauman's Chinese Theater in Hollywood.

"It's an honor I'll never forget," said Jackman, who was accompanied by his wife and two children. "Thank you all. Thank you from the bottom of my heart."

Jackman also noted he was just a couple of blocks away from one of his other dreams, where he hosted the Academy Award.

Jay Leno from NBC's The Tonight Show emceed the ceremonies; Jackman was scheduled to appear on The Tonight Show on Tuesday.

Among those attending the ceremonies were Brett Ratner, Jackman's director in X-Men: The Last Stand, and Avi Arad, former head of Marvel Studios.

FAMILY GUY: "PETER'S PROGRESS"

Fox has released two images from "Peter's Progress," the Sunday, May 10 episode of Family Guy.

Here's how the network describes the episode:

"Peter has his palm read by a psychic who reveals that he had a fascinating past life as Griffin Peterson, a dignified gentleman who vied for the love of Lady Redbush in 17th century England and in the newly founded American colony of Quahog. It was a time of great love and adventure where King Stewart reigned supreme, the smartest dog in the room was the court jester, army lieutenants were merely boys and even old England loved How I Met Your Mother (Jason Segel, Neil Patrick Harris and Josh Radnor guest-voice)."
